Hey guys, thanks for bringing those back up. I have been pretty much out of homebuilders, having covered weeks ago. So busy watching financials that had forgotten all about what started all this mess. Just opened up a number of new homebuilder short positions.

You guys are right in that quite a few of the homebuilders will not exist when this is all over. The fact that almost all of them are still out there proves we aren't near the bottom yet.

I've got a small SPF short position, obviously painful today given the capital infusion. Anybody got any thoughts on a prognosis for the stock from here? This would seem to remove much of the BK risk, so despite the huge dilution, it seems like the stock probably has a decent floor underneath it now.
