I must have missed that Stan Meyer and his water car at the time. I looked it up. That is a hilarious bunch of nonsense!

Nuclear power plants wouldn't be necessary. However, I believe there is no way this guy found how to so easily separate hydrogen and oxygen from water. The writer of the article (below) is all over the place in trying to explain it.
The writer clearly is like AS, an idiot who would believe anything.

In the 60s they made up stories of huge oil companies buying plans for various engines and fuels only to lock them in some basement vault.
