I rather they outline a resource and hook up with a Canacord or Raymond James when they have to do a secondary offering so they can sell the story. A buyback announcement from a company without revenue is a stupid idea that would pop the stock a nickle for a couple of days at best. And to really think a company that is lucky to trade $10K a day is being manpulated by organized short sellers borders on the paranoid. Look around every resource stock is in the crapper becaue no one has money to speculate. People are trying to put fuel in their cars and food on their table not buy penny stocks.
