"What is "false", ... That Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt are dictatorships?"

Although the government seems to be increasingly corrupt, Egypt is a Republic. The president of Egypt is also the leader of the National Democratic party.

Definitely dictatorial, Saudi Arabia is an Authoritarian Monarchi which claims the Quran as it's Constitution.

Kuwait is a constitutional monarchy and has the oldest directly elected parliament of the Persian Gulf Arab countries.

The USA has historically had friendly relationships with all kinds and fashions of governments. The fact that we deal with countries that are not democratic governments does not necessarily mean we support the other forms. Our friendly foreign relationships are complicated and involve everything from an agreement to tolerate one another and alliances with diverse forms of government to close friendships with countries that are culturally similar and politically similar.

Regrettably, the USA has historically supported dictators that were brutal oppressors in thier regions, as it has benefitted our strategic interests. I think that is a mistake and I have witnessed the gradual moving away from that conflicted sort of positioning.
