That sound convenient. I guess a thief's sense of patriotism is to steal, a murderer to murder etc...

Funny your a cowards sense of patriotism is to oppose war and sit by and watch his fellow citizens murdered.

You are a phoney Kenneth. A phoney.

You would have watched Hitler murdering millions and I guess you would have stood in the street and opposed him with your mouth. It isn't morals Kenneth. It is the lack of backbone and heart.

People wouldn't mind that. There are many cowards. Everyone isn't brave. It is just that you have such a big mouth for a coward. Tell me how a country filled with people all just you could survive? They couldn't of course. Funny how the only virtue you don't have and despise, is the one that keeps your selfish little butt safe.

My sense of patriotism compels me to oppose a war which is morally wrong.

"My sense of patriotism compels me to oppose a war which is morally wrong."

OK, no problem. My concern for the condition of my eternal soul compels me to oppose any injustice.

If you are interested in a discussion of such personal stands, we may find differences and similarities but we need to begin by being honest and clear on terminology. The USA is not at war with Iraq. If that is what you meant, you are engaging in dishonorable collusion against the military of the USA. If not, could you define for me parameters of 'the war' you are refering to? ... So that we can then define the associated details of moral rights or wrongs.
