"How they were cheating is a poor defense of the failed Carter/Clinton NK nuke deal." No it isn't. Just look at what didn't happen. They weren't breeding plutonium. They weren't reprocessing plutonium. And, as it turns out, they weren't even enriching uranium. And they weren't building bombs. Bush changed almost all of that.
