"Unless you think yours is the only valid one ..." Well, my argument does have the virtue of being coherent and factual. Yours basically boils down to "NK was cheating, therefore Clinton is to blame". Which is odd, to say the least. When challenged, you just waved your hands, declared I was "splitting hairs" and he was a bad man. The fact that all of their progress towards nuclear weapons was done under Bush I and Bush II and no progress was made under Clinton is a pretty big hair. In fact, it is what is important.
