Suggest you search a little further.

Local Fox Evening News had a little on new developments via appeals----not a lot of details.

What are your thoughts on what has happened and is now happening?

it's amazing to see not one comment about the Texas appeals court ruling

Manymoose posted a comment the minute it broke yesterday morning. When the case originally broke, we determined that Texas had waaaaay overstepped their bounds, and that what happened yesterday was forgone. So the only thing we could say now is, "we told you so."
