All presidents meet other leaders with major preparations and groundwork laid. The word "preconditions" have been turned into something Obama didn't mean by the rightwing propaganda machine. Why/ Because this is the only issue they have to run on, and it's a fake one. In fact, Obama would be much-much better for the USA on Middle Eastern affairs than McCain. That is obvious. Like JFK, he would be a hero to all kinds of peoples around the world, including many who detest and hate Bush-Cheney's version of America. We could go back to be being loved and admired again and that would help us immensely and save a lot of lives and treasure.
