Got it from the drillers. One still there and two who have moved on! One who moved on is one of the best I have met, but his reasons were that the owner (cont) did not have a rig with large enuf hold-back cylinder to do the job properly. Other contractor gear is said to be A-OK.

Tough to get rigs and gear these days, but you are right, tougher still is to get the right people.
