A political party that adheres to conservative principles should have continuing success – especially if its leadership believes in those principles and is able to articulate them. That statement is true enough, do you think it applies to the Republicans today? To borrow a line from Trotsky, they have shit on the revolution. It didn't take long for the architects of the 94 takeover of the House to be cast aside, did it? Gingrich, Armey, Bob Walker, they're long gone. The party is now led by hustlers and operators....
