Wow, I failed to mention Cuckoo's Nest, Apocalypse Now, Chinatown, Clockwork Orange, Patton, Sleuth or the Exorcist. I thought Annie Hall was mediocre, but I'm not a big fan of the wood-man. Yeah, the 70's were OK except for disco.....and gas lines, 10% inflation and high unemployment (but we're used to all that stuff now....)

that list is already generating a lot of controversy. The really noisy complaint is that "a man for all seasons" isn't on it- while "Magnolia" and "Lion King" are.

Raiders of the Lost Ark is #17 and Usual Suspects number #20 and Gone with the Wind #170? OK.

IRON MAN an instant classic at 157 a full 13 pts ABOVE GWTW! LOL

anyway very glad to see the original Manchurian Candidate show up on these lists. I saw that film for the first time in 1999 (after it had been under lock and key for years apparently- after the JFK assassination which some say it enticed). WOW that was one great film.

I just can't believe they left out "Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo," "Ishtar," and "Waterworld."
