LIAR. McCain has been courting Hagee for at last 18 months and they knew each other long-long before that. McCain considered Hagee's endorsement to be a key to winning over the religious right. So he pandered to him and spent a lot of time with him. As for Reverend Wright, his problem is simply his anger over the treatment of blacks by whites for 400 years in this country. And of course he has a very good point. When he was a kid, this country was still segregated and Jim Crow laws were in place. What excuse does Hagee have for hating Jews, Catholics and everyone else? Who ever enslaved, persecuted or lynched his people?
