Marriage is the cornerstone for the family and the family is the cornerstone for society. Unfortunatey, it's a "cultural" issue that is fought for mainly by the religious. "Reason" is hard to use on it. You may remember years ago we had a poster here who just would not accept it on a rational basis. Drove me nuts. Each, year, as our school system indoctrinates our young, it loses more and more of it's support.

A 20 yr old woman called Dr. Laura today about her life long 19 yr old friend that had just had a baby out of wedlock. She wanted Dr. Laura to explain to her why she was jealous. Dr. Laura told her to quit acting like a child and not to think about having a child or even getting married until she was 25. After a good discussion, the young lady thanked her for the advice and said she wouldn't do any of those things until she was older. Both of those girls are the product of an already here amoral and sociopathic world.
