I don't believe Hillary is out of yet. She's playing for time and watching Obama grow smaller, not bigger. If she can't persuade the supers to give her the nomination (and the fit would really hit the shan if they did), she might persuade them to give her the vp spot. If the deciding votes of the superdelegates told Obama "Hillary will be VP or else," how could he refuse?

I think the best Hillary could possibly finagle at this point would be Senate Majority Leader. Hillary as VP comes with Bill and Obama sure doesn’t want a former president looking over his shoulder.
