Communists have thought about economic theory, a lot. I don't get the sense that Obama has.

If you stood by Obama and said "there's a commie!" he would look around and say "where?" He is not a committed intellectual to anything, but his gut reaction for action will almost always follow the communist economic and cultural line. As will most of the "hard left" Dems.
