"Your attempts at spin by going off on unrelated tangents are getting weaker and weaker. "

No tangents.

"Your point being they weren't really cheating until Bush took over; that's when the real cheating started."

You obviously don't understand.

Let me try again.

Under Clinton, NK has researched what they needed to do to enrich uranium. By the time of Bush, their plans had gotten far enough along that they had started on a facility. Now, I suppose you can fault Clinton for not monitoring their secret research, but...

When confronted with the facility start, they admitted to it. Predictably, Smirk cut off our end of the agreement.

That they give the ammunition they needed to pull out of the NPT, disable the security on the breeder and reactivate it, and to start reprocessing plutonium. I know it makes no difference to you, but there is no way you can rationally blame that on Clinton. That was all Dubya's doing. Even if the cheating had not been stopped, NK was at least a decade from having an enriched uranium bomb, if they ever got over all the hurdles. A enriched uranium implosion device is much trickier to develop than a plutonium one. And they already had the materials.

It is almost like they planned it that way and Smirk waltzed into their trap.
