Quehebo -

That phrase "the left's desire to limit conservative radio" implies that there has been some kind of large scale movement on the part of people on the left to limit it.

I'm not aware of any such movement. I have never heard one single person say that conservative talk radio should be banned, limited, or in any way controlled.

I've heard them criticize it as being mindless hate mongering, and I've heard a lot of examples of it that support that view, but I haven't heard anyone say it should be taken off the air.

Even if there are specific instances of individuals expressing that desire, to say that "the left" desires that is a very broad generalization, and like most generalizations it is wrong.
