I don't know that Premier is that gold mining oriented. They have bucks and their price is good lately I notice. I don't see them as a mining group per se.

Medium scale Gold mining groups in Canada are weak. River Gold, Claude, McWatters, ~Agnico. There is nobody left that is small to medium sized to deal with that has production experience. All the big boys such as Kinross, Barrick, Goldcorp won't take small resources, or even medium.

The best thing you could do is find a group with expertise who could raise the money to do contract mining with a suitable group who didn't rip you right off on costs. Some hard to do. Costs have been escalating recently as you noted.
