Yes, the medias pronouncement that the increase in permitting was a good think struck me as asinine even for them. Permits dropping off a cliff for a year would be a good thing for the country.

Some of the smaller builders have resumed building locally. I hope those people all go bankrupt. They deserve it for being so foolish. To make matters even worse they appear to be building luxury condos, which there is no market for right now.
