very good point. This falling out between Rutkowski and Walther is really shocking.
these are the two founders of this company and now, out of the blue, they are fighting for control? This is really bizarre. I really would like to know where Rehfeld stands in all this.

Try his salary. He can't buy much with his shares right now, especially at 2 cents, even if he could sell.
