In my mid-thirties the "Million Dollar Diet" worked like a charm. It took me right back to my high school weight.

Unfortunately, divorce lawyers charge very large fees for this expertise.

I'm 15 pounds heavier than my military weight 30 years ago and I can shave off 5 when I try, but after that it's like I hit a wall.

My story, exactly. Except it was 50 years ago that I left the Marine Corps at 180 lbs. I added about 2 pounds a year before I realized I had to do something about it and dropped to 195. Like you, I can throw off about 5 pounds rather easily, but, these days, I'm probably too lazy to work off the other 10, so I live with it... and enjoy meals.
