Army Ranger Colonel Rick said Halliburton is an enemy of the US military. He is right. Look at the results. Halliburton has bilked the military budget out of tens of billions and commited waste, fraud, crimes and corruption on every deal, but the Pentagon is afraid to regulate them because Cheney is still the shadow CEO, Cheney who lied in 2000 saying he'd divetsed of HAL stock, secretly holding onto 650 K options and even still taking an annual multi six figure salary from HAL. Just amazong obvious corruption.
