I agree with your comments: The guilty parties should be sent to prison and fined for their criminal actions.

Phoenix, Bramson never denied being involved with Hillside, though no one asked him directly. He mentioned in 10-Ks that he is a director at Hillside Capital. His Sherborne home page even mentioned that in his list of successes (sic).

Also, Bramson twice had Ampex lend him money to buy Ampex stock (to cheaply bluff his majority shareholder position), which both loans Ampex had to foreclose on when chose newer muses. He also had Ampex borrow money from Sherborne. He also had Ampex partly fund his stock and board room raids on 4imprint and Elementis.

All of these things were disclosed, though with a sense of obfuscation. Can you be more specific on what you found that is criminal? Send a pvt reply if you care to.
