I would say Libya was in there somewhere until Bush got them to disarm -- an achievement which is pretty much overlooked by the liberal Bush Bashers.

BS. he made some vague threats after they took the rods out to be reprocessed. But he wasn't serious. Which is why he later backed down quietly.

He wasn't serious about NK. He was intent on fulfilling the neocon dream of invading Iraq. If it allowed NK to get nukes, so what?

Not true. But they would have to get a lot further along before I'd support such action. The vague possibility they might develop them sometime in the future isn't exactly compelling.
