I think they'd just sell us super expensive oil, confident that with their nuke, the US and the Israelis would be too afraid to bother them. Just like every other country in the nuclear club. All this fear-mongering was also raised about Pakistan, yet, so far they haven't nuked anyone. Just like every other country in the club, except us, the founding member.
