The worst thing isn't that you were ignorant. But you were presuming you were an expert in things you knew little of and pontificating there on.

All because you wanted to exaggerate Islam's cultural achievements vis a vis the west. Thus you had to proclaim Greek culture dead a thousand years before the fall of the Byzantine empire. Changing history to reflect leftwing political correctness.
