Good point, but that was obviously a different issue. There is a line of what the feds can and can not do. You acknowledge that whether it's right to cross the line is your opinion. Is it not also your opinion that there is, indeed, a line and that slavery is on one side and the environment on the other? I seriously doubt that there's a line, at least not a fixed one.
