vit.v - interesting that you mention Summit when you guys were talking about Victoria there, it appealed to me from the start too, market focus was on Cove-McCoy after that great hole, but the whole package adds up to much more ... even with a short season at Summit, i think i'd have spent a few bucks advancing that one, good grade from shallow ... their website really does suck, even more on dial-up ... that was a great series of posts, stuff i never realised on effects of the back-in, important Jim McD goes way back with Tom Richards too, from years ago in Argentina working for Madison, where he learned his spanish
