Totally agree.

I'm not sure how to fix it, though. Probably some kind of cap is worth a try. The problem, of course, is that it is tough to get a Congress comprised of lawyers to put a cap on legal fees, of any kind.

The entire process is upside down at this point. Instead of injured prospective litigants seeking out a good attorney, you have attorneys who seek out litigants that make easy prey at 35 or 40%, when they already know they have a case.

A farmer from the midwest just called into Mark Levin's show and said that one of the government thoughts is to microchip every single farm sheep or cow for $3 each...and send the info to the government....

Then he said ..."H*ll, the government can't keep track of 15 million ILLEGALS ---how could they keep track of 20 million cows?"

EDIT: OH MY GOSH....This program has been in force in at least Michigan since 2007....

Put in RIFD Monitoring programs.....
