First it's a good idea because the fuel can't be used to make a bomb. Then you say Clinton's not at fault for dragging his feet because it was the GOP Congress who failed to fund it. Then you say it's all about defeating North Korea, not supporting their failed regime, even though Jimmy Carter has a long history of supporting failed regimes.
