If things continue to look lousy going into the election then I think a LOT of people might not like it but will vote for Obama anyway just to change things up.

I've had a concern that McCain would be a bit too nice to play hardball, but over the last week I think I've concluded he has the will to do it.

The Dems are brutal in the election process, and you have to be a real hardass to defeat them. I've never doubted McCain could be, I just haven't been sure he had the will to do it.
