John, re: QCOM trade triggers, and

"The Trade Trigger(s) for QCOM was canceled because the security has reported that a significant corporate event is taking place. ""

Looking at this chart >>>>>>>>>

tinyurl.com

Your post came to mind, and it hit me that perhaps something is BREWing. Then I thought about the NOK 3G sales (world leader, right)and unpaid QCOM royalties piling up (something like 25 to 30 cents per year/share ??).

Chart, unpaid royalties, "significant corporate event,-- not a whole lot in the whole scheme of things, but why not a special QCOM dividend in the amount of those NOK royalties when eventually paid????

Ameritrade, anticipating such, must have jumped the gun.
