John, I hear ya..

But I'm primarily a chartist.. I'm just a visual guy.. I's got's to see to see a chart in order to get a grip on what's going on.. ;0) We know it's a bubble, but look at all the money that's going into commodities, for lack of any other place to invest. And certain energy related ETFs are exacerbating that by making access to commodity derivative instruments more widely available to the "greater fools" represented by the retail investing public.

CNBC, meanwhile, is reporting that SA might be boosting production.. The question is whether it will be enough to offset increased summer demand..

I also remember seeing Rick Santelli discussing oil futures and how we can't say its just sheer speculation when people are taking delivery of the final product at these high prices.

But then again, I'm not particularly well versed with the workings of the futures market..
