The obvious answer is to start eating cownose rays!~

Cownose rays now number 40 million, up from 4 million in 1972.

SAVE the SCALLOPS

That's very poetic.

I've always found extinctions to be the very saddest thing in the world. I can't bear lost opportunity, and that's the ultimate in lost opportunity. I've photographed African animals that are on the brink. And I actually got to hug a panda once at the Woolong Animal Preserve. Haven't seen a polar bear yet up close and personal, though. Better hurry, I guess.

Have you seen a Penguin ? In their natural habitat such as the one I saw in Chile they are quite interesting to watch interacting with one another, running to their burrows...and to the water..

One of the highlights of the S.A. vacation.
