Yes, I saw, but to a certain extent, I don't like it. I like anything that will keep oil prices high, because that more than anything else we could do, will create the economic environment that will ensure alternative fuels take hold and become competitive with oil. The greatest thing that we could do for our country would be to become oil independent and high prices hasten the day that we get there. I hear ya but Americans need some positive reinforcement right now.......for many, this country is going to hell in a handbasket.
