Full advance copies of the book went out to the press yesterday; the write-ups you are seeing reflect the full text. Yes I know that, but I have seen this before when insiders write books and then get interviewed - the whole feel for the story changes. Maybe editors put these quotable lines in or maybe the authors get cold feet. I'm betting that when McClellan is interviewed his comments won't be nearly as harsh as the cold lines lifted from the text. Should see in a few days. steve
