Hi Marcos. Yes I listened to the conference call. I'm am confused, and now understand your stated inability to get your head around it. Me Too ! I shall wait for the information circular to try to understand it better.

In the conference call, Pease said (I think) that, in assessing the value of Goldcorp's shareholding, ALL of TRX's assets would be taken into account (i.e. total Book). Their participation in MM would be limited to 60%, and that they would retain any surplus shareholding. So it seems to me I was probably mistaken in believing that the preferred shares would all be eliminated.

In the GAM this morning a commentator said," Goldcorp's shares, which account for roughly 65% of Terranes equity, will be cancelled". If Goldocrp's shares will buy 65% of Terrane's equity, they'd surely buy a lot more than just 60% of MM.

The market sure tries to keep one humble , eh ? (But never surrender)
