Miss your posts...where have you been ? Speaking of, has anyone heard from Allen/Cogito lately? I know he was undergoing chemo.

Suma, I think they're all women who prefer the company of women to men, so to speak. I learned about them from a friend who had a business making wooden pallets. In the course of his business, he would get permits from individual landowners to cull the scrub trees from their land and then use these trees to cut up for making the wood pallets. It was actually a big business and very profitable.....he shipped these pallets all over the country. At any rate, some of his workers accidently cut some trees that were on land owned by these women, and they pursued him mercilessly through the local courts even though from the beginning he had offered them a market price for the value of these 'scrub' trees that were cut. It was quite a story....too long to fully tell here....and I convulsed with laughter when I heard it. But the point was that they were indignant over the invasion of their privacy and viscious in expecting some kind of painful retribution. They even got the EPA involved and he ended up being fined for the improper disposal of wood shavings and the pollution of an itty-bitty creek out in the middle of nowhere. It was a whole year before he finally got things settled and these survivalist women off his case.
