LIAR. Reagan lost his memory in office and rightwing ideologues took over and did us great harm ran up hundreds of billions in deficits and left the debts to Bush Sr. and Clinton. Huge corporate corruption about that time too. Major white collar crime all oiver the place. Remember the S+L debacle.
