But this book confirms a pattern of behaviour that no thinking man can continue to ignore.

I really think you're jumping to conclusions here. It is along the lines of, "I read it, therefore it must be true." As we both know, not everything you read it true.

McClellan has some pretty serious explaining to do -- in particular, if he in fact viewed the administration as he has claimed, why on earth would he have continued to be associated with them? You wouldn't have. I wouldn't have.

I obviously haven't read it, but Gingrich--no fan of Bush-- just classified it as an apparent work of fiction and I'm inclined to think that is a proper analysis of the situation.

Mike, I never try to get "under anyone's skin". I've apologized before and I'll apologize again I'm sure. I didn't buy any of Clinton's tell all books, and I sure am not going to buy any other tell all books by people who were fired and clearly look like they have several motives for trashing their previous employer.

I would guess it will shock you to know I like Richard Clarke.

As for respect, to me it seems you threw that out the window with this statement:

"You dont agree with brown vs board of ed then? Or the better question is do you have the balls to admit it."

Life is too short. There is the ignore feature on this thread, and I can recommend it because it does work quite well.

Cheers
