You know it when you smell it, and you smell it when you don't like the point or the source of the point. Your nostrils are ideologically tuned. And even if it was propaganda, that wouldn't show or imply that its wrong. But you don't like dealing with inconvenient facts so you label them propaganda and than pretend that this makes them meaningless. It all comes down to the fact that you don't like the source so you ignore the facts. You are close minded to facts or argument from organizations that you are ideologically predisposed to disagree with.
