Bull, you're aware, are you not, that our government has written and published many Arabic language editorials, internet postings and "reports" which were attributed to locals. The purpose of such offerings is, of course, to influence the locals in our PR battles but naturally many of those articles get picked up back here and cited as proof of the "mood" over there and as proof of the contents of such articles. Hey, our own Bush government even did it to us over here, planting phoney "news reports" and paying reporters to publish favorable articles and editorials. Surely you don't accept such things uncritically? I can assure you that the Middle Eastern audience doesn't. Ed
