I've mentioned this before. He says he will ban the production of fisile (is fisile a word?) materials. No fisile materials, no nuclear power, right? He doesn't qualify the phrase by adding WEAPONS GRADE fisile materials.

Isn't the implication of this promise that he will outlaw nuclear power world wide?
