Going from a President who is not intellectually curious to some one who can't remember or worse, some one who is really riding on one hand on his old reputation and pandering to fringes where the power lies in the party, is not exactly a recipe to regroup from last 8 years of fiasco.. Despite all of that if he gets in only hope is if he makes a radical departure from what he has been harping on so far.. Does not look like it.. odds are 50-50 that there are enough ignorant and scared people + I-am-not-voting-for-democrats-or-Obama-no-matter-what that McCain has good chance to get in..
