JURY DEMAND

Plaintiff hereby demands trial by jury.

PRAYER FOR RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs pray for judgment as follows:

1. For general and special damages to Wilf Blum in an amount not less than $75,000.00 for Defendant's Defamation Per Se, Tortious Interference with Plaintiff's Prospective Economic Advantage and Opportunity, Breach of Contract and Breach of the Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.

2. For general and special damages to Alexander Lindale in an amount not less than $75,000.00 for Defendant's Defamation Per Se, Tortious Interference with Plaintiff's Prospective Economic Advantage and Opportunity, Breach of Contract and Breach of the Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.

3. For general and special damages to Deep Blue Marine in an amount not less than $75,000.00 for Defendant's Defamation Per Se, Tortious Interference with Plaintiff's Prospective Economic Advantage and Opportunity, Breach of Contract and Breach of the Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.

4. For punitive damages to Wilf Blum for the above intentional torts in an amount not less than $500,000.00.

5. For punitive damages to Alexander Lindal for the above intentional torts in an amount not less than $500,000.00.

6. For punitive damages to Deep Blue Marine for the above intentional torts in an amount not less than $500,000.00.

7. For legal fees and costs of suit.

8. For such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
