Sadly, neither is the case.

The GOP controlled both the WH and the Congress for six years. Any legislation that failed to pass, they must not have wanted to pass very badly.

Just replace "GOP" with "Senate Democrats" and your statement will be true.

It is not my opinion, it is a verifiable fact:
