But you're looking at what Kissinger believes, not what is believed about Kissinger.

I will be very interested in reading Niall's book on Henry when it comes out. He hints at what I think is the defining moment in his life. His rule, as an Intel Sergeant, of a German town right after WWII. He had full knowledge of what the Germans had done to his family by then. And he picked a very pretty blond as "spoils of war" to be his mistress. He ruled as a King.
