CJ, the best indication of job performance is the positions landed afterwards. Ari Fleischer formed his own business, while Tony Snow is now on FOXNews and CNN. When McClellan's book first made the headlines, I thought there was no way it could have been about the money, since I had assumed that he found a successful career after his stint in the White House. After learning that he didn't, and after watching him act more like a celebrity than a man with a solemn duty to the truth, I became convinced that it was indeed about the fame and fortune. I missed watching Olbermann tonight, but maybe I'll catch him on YouTube. One thing is for sure now, McClellan is now a hero to the left. Which, of course, is exactly the way they treated George Tenet when he released his book. (You're probably thinking, "George who?") Tenchusatsu

Scott M. was on Anderson Cooper's tonite. He was talking about NO and how they pushed hard to take the onus off the feds and put it onto the locals, knowing full well that its the feds that are expected to carry the load for the locals who typically are in serious trouble because of the disaster. My first thought.......how dare these fukkers play with American lives. My second thought......how many times did we hear people like Harris, longnshort, inoys etc repeat the spin they were hearing from the WH? The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
