Back in the 1950's I was just a kid and I remember the story's of how Ben Ginter salvaged a lot of the broken down abandoned equipment that the American's left behind when they punched up the Alaska highway during WW2.This was how he got his start. The brewery came later and it was true the big three..Molson's Labatt's and Carling's did everything they could to sewer him.The union's where smart and when they struck the big three they always left Uncle Ben's brewery to run.lol Beer in PG some summer's when everyone else was dry.lol
Fantastic pure spring water from deep under the Nechako River makes the beer.

Know the feeling...no chance in hell that I will let them shake me off now.

>>they're gravy to debenture holders,

People keep talking about the A warrants attaching to debentures. That is not as I understand it. The debentures are themselves convertible. The A warrants accompanied Notes. It seems to me they actually granted more A warrants to note holders when they sought change to the note indenture to enable the merger.
